Active Yukon Communities RPAY is proud to be well connected with Yukon communities. The Rural Active Living Coordinator (RALC) program is an annual funding opportunity for rural communities to increase the level of physical activity in their community. Every spring, fall and winter, RPAY distributes a call for proposals for the RALC program. Who better to design rural active living programs than a rural Yukoner?!
