Senior's Days at the Canada Games Centre. Every Wednesday at the Canada Games Centre is Senior's Day. All Senior's 55 and over are welcome to enjoy the facilities of the Centre and join in for a day of fun filled activities. These activities are: Drop-In Carpet Bowling - From 10:30 am to 12:00 pm on the main floor. Drop-In Shuffle board - From 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm on the main floor across from the flexi-hall. Currently there is only 1 shuffle board available with more arriving in the New Year! Fill in Games - This includes 'Rattlesnake', washer toss and bean bag throw. These activities are in addition to the available activities currently offered by the Games Centre such as swimming, the fitness room, walking track, and virtually everything in the Centre which is offered by the City. A light lunch is also supplied for those who wish to stay and do activities in the afternoons as well as those in the mornings. Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays- Indoor Golf from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Walking Daily- The indoor track is open to walkers of all ages and abilities. The indoor track provides a safe and warm walking surface that has been proven to be less fatiguing on muscles and joints than conventional concrete flooring or outdoor sidewalks. Administration Fees All ElderActive Members can enjoy 10 Wednesday's at the Canada Games Centre for $20.00 or a one day drop-in fee of $2.00. This includes access to all the Canada Games Centre facilities and participation in all senior events and activities that take place. For non members, the regular price of $47.50 still applies for 10 Wednesday's or a one day drop-in fee of $4.75.
