SummerActive SummerActive is a national program designed to encourage Canadians to active during the summer months which is an ideal time to do more of the healthy activities you already enjoy, and even try out some new ones! This annual initiative is lead by the Government of Canada along with the provincial and territorial governments to provide Canadians with the opportunities and information needed to get physically active, eat healthily, live tobacco-free and participate in sport opportunities. WinterActive WinterActive runs from January 15 - February 27 this year and is a national program designed to encourage Canadians to be active all winter long. Keep those winter blues at bay and walk, skate, sled, ski or spend time with your family outdoors.
